tombola, the nation’s leading online bingo brand, has launched a new promotion for their exclusive Deal Or No Deal-branded game suite with Meanwhile.
The work, the latest in the ‘Open For Fun’ campaign, celebrates the love we share for good deals, which feature in a series of direct response TV and VOD films, created in collaboration with Chief Productions, Factory and director Yoni Weisberg.
Creative Director Rachel Miles commented; “We set out to make sure the tombola brand remained the hero, against a very familiar brand with serious cultural currency in Deal or No Deal. The prominence of tombola is so important to maximise attribution, but we worked hard to keep this film entertaining, which is vital for brand building too. It’s a fun piece, and we are really confident it’ll stand out in this cluttered sector, breaking away from the cliches.”
The work debuts on Thursday 2nd January, and is part of a significant and exciting change in creative direction from previous campaigns in the fiercely competitive gaming market.
The campaign is also supported by out-of-home, radio and online, all of which was handled by Essence Mediacom.
